Pictures of the property, particularly the dock and cove saying you can swim was untrue. Over growth and, trash washed into the cove. Loose electrical wire hanging on ramp to boat dock. Move to in the house on the surface it had really nice asthetics, underlying was dead full grown cockroaches, and bats flying in from the chimney and one dead on the floor. Under the couch cushions were disgusting, almost as if they hadnt been vacuumed ever. To add to that I spent roughly 4 hours communicating with VRBO support to get the result I was looking for but not until the next day. But no response from the rental group that runs the property until roughly 12 hours later, couldve been more. Then when I did get contacted by the property manager he was a complete jerk hung up the phone before I could even explain what I discovered and I even sent photos of the evidence. "We have wildlife and bugs" his words. Then decided to call me back a few hours later asking why we were still in the house, aggravated that we were still there. Health and safety issue yes, yet we were waiting for our new property to open up.
