Resort Fun at its Best. This South Shore Lake Resort 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo has fabulous views of Lake Hamilton with floor to ceiling windows to maximize your viewing pleasure. The master has a King bed with master bath and whirlpool tub, while the second bedroom has two double beds with access to a full size bathroom. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area TV's in both bedrooms. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. Enjoy access to your balcony from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom! You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball and basketball! The Cabana pool is open for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was spacious and clean. The property was clean and the Cabana was very nice our teenager enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in the future.

Amazing Stay

We stayed 2 weekends in a row, we loved it so much ❤️ I love the view, and the place is so cozy. The game room/hot tub area is 24/7. We took full advantage of that. My family absolutely loved the entire experience.

Great stay with the family

We enjoyed our stay here! We loved all of the extra room to spread out. Kids had their own space to unwind. The property met all of our needs. Loved eating out on the balcony. Having the washer and dryer was an added plus and helped us out a bunch. We would definitely return.

Nice condo

This condo was nice and just as described/pictured. We enjoyed our time there. My only caution would be to anyone who has difficulty climbing steps. There are several steps down to enter the condo. Not an issue for most, but did slow me down a bit. Other than that, great property.

We enjoyed the property. It wasn’t as close to the lady as I wanted but the view was nice. The kids enjoyed the Rec room. We never spoke with the property manager but getting our key and to our condo was easy.

Nice place with lots of activities to do.

Great place ! Comfortable beds, beautiful lake view. My only complaint is the TV in bedroom wouldn’t work and had to wait on maintenance person to come fix …nice recliner in living room— BUT…I’ve stayed at many VRBO places throughout the country and have never had to strip off all bed sheets and put all dirty towels by front door in a pillow case , etc. We had to wash all dishes and start the dishwasher and take out all trash throughout condo —My husband and I felt like we were doing the cleaning lady’s job !!

Caregiver getaway

We all have had the stress of being caregivers for family members...and this was our getaway to rejuvenate. It served the purpose beautifully. Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful setting. Peaceful.

We had a great time the only complaint we had was when stated there was lake access, it is misconcieving, there is no swimming area or docks or even boats. But the cabana and hot tub and pool were great!! Sauna nice too!!!!

Great for teens

Three teenage girls enjoyed the game room, sauna and hot tub during Spring Break. I liked how the bedrooms were split so they could watch their own tv in the bedroom with 2 beds and they had their own bathroom. Had a view of the lake from every room. Nice size patio. We had to call to get a new DVD player in the Living Room. A plus would be to have a DVD player in a bedroom. Gated so felt secure. Will do a return trip this summer!

Good weekend

The property is a bit older but in good condition and as described. Rooms were clean and as described. Everything worked well and we had no problems. Short drive into downtown Hot Springs and was far enough out of town to avoid major crowds. Grocery store 5 minutes away.

We drove all the way there but TV news were saying Hurricane was going to cross by Hot Springs, so we called the office and we were given credit for a future stay within a year. Everything else was excellent

Pools NOT kid friendly

Property was as described for the most part. Unit was nice and had everything we needed. There was no popcorn machine or coffee provided as shown in the pictures. Only complaint was that both pools were not kid friendly. We were literally harassed by the security guard the first night at the front pool. He actually threatened to call the sheriff office when I inquired why he was closing the pool early. The second day we tried the second pool on site. We warned the kids that they were not allowed to jump in the pool at all, as we learned from the first night. An older gentleman who appeared to live or be staying in the property came into the pool area and told the kids of another family to not jump into the pool. This gentleman then asked if my family and I were staying in the property. It was belittling, Note to management.....post signs at pool that read NO JUMPING, not just no diving.
