Firepit, outdoor shower, waterfront porch with rocking chairs, Frontload LG w/d, kayak, canoe, grill, picnic table, porch swing, Tesla Universal charger, wheelchair friendly, Walk-in shower. We *just* custom-built this waterfront, Treetops Hideaway studio for our parents when we retire. 640 SF with 4 poster king bed, original art, and granite kitchenette has private, waterfront porch w/ swing & rocking chairs, access to firepit, outdoor shower, canoe, kayak, grill, picnic table, and much more.
