What a wonderful stay I had at Fall River Suites. It exceeded all of my expectations. Everything was perfect! The unit was fully equipped to fully accommodate a short stay. Excellent location in downtown Hot Springs, with a beautiful park right across the street. Custer State Park and other natural wonders are just about 30 minutes away. I will come back and stay there again.

Great spot right on the main route through town

Comfortable, clean, and quiet but stuff to do right outside the building.

Property location in downtown Hot Springs was GREAT! Walkable to trail, restaurants, coffee shops. Know that this is is not a barrier-free property. You have to climb 25 steps to access. There is a small dumb-waiter that I used for suitcase but, my dog doesn't do steps and I had to carry him up/down. !!

I loved the location of this historic building. I was there for an extended stay and felt so comfortable here. The room, although smaller, was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bedding and always enough hot water. A movie theater, a dozen eating establishments, and many cute shops all within a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
