We loved our stay in Hot Springs and our vrbo was great and exactly as described. Our place was clean, location was great and our host was accommodating. Our only problem - the parking space was at the top of an incline (close to a 45 degree angle) which was unexpected and a bit challenging. Once we navigated our stay was great.

Last minute get away

We had to switch plans last minute for our summer vacation and Scott was a fantastic host! The property was easy to find, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. Check in and out was super easy and quick. And the location of the property was close to all the hot spots we wanted to hit for the stay. Family stay

Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent. The house was perfect for our few nights of stay. The main change I'd recommend is a new master bed as it sinks in the middle; however, the guest bed worked great and the pull out couch was loved by the kids.
