"No hot water in 2 rooms, only 1 towel per person, no shampoo, hard matress, and street noise. Served it's purpose for somewhere to sleep with a door code. I did apprecaotw the eco conscious tiny bar of soap. "

I didn't disagree with this, it was true however, it was strange that the hotel knew this, before I brought it up, because I never, not once, left my room unattended without putting a "do not enter" sign on my door.

"The system for checking in it’s so tedious and annoying. They call you on WhatsApp from a company. That’s a different name from the building and at first you think it’s a scam. And when you ignore it, they tell you that you cannot check into the hotel anymore. And then you have to do it in a hurry. Also, they don’t tell you that they ask for a security deposit which they ask you at the time of check-in. But the hotel is really clean and pretty. Also, they don’t give you any towels or toiletries after the check-in only what is there when you arrive?"

Post this event I discovered that a watch was missing from my luggage. I can't prove it was robbed at the hotel, but it leads me to wonder if perhaps it was robbed there for the aforementioned reason.
Furthermore, there was one case, during my more than 10 days there, in which a tattoo-laden receptionist was snarky & rude to me."
