The Neighborhood: Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life. Getting Around: A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given it has a more rural setting. The house was clean and welcoming with updated appliances and spacious kitchen. The pool and outside grill area was just as nice! This was the perfect place for our family to get away and enjoy some "down time" to relax and visit. The pool was very refreshing and enjoyable an added plus to this beautiful house. The outdoor kitchen made it nice to grill outside with friends. Loved the view, we got to watch deer on the golf course. Perfect stay and will rent again. Communication was easy with check in. ##### Donna G.
