As you ascend to the second floor, you'll enter the heart of the home—a spacious open floor plan designed for comfort and style. The living room beckons with a plush sectional couch, centered around a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect spot for gathering and relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, a dining table for six awaits, complemented by two seats at the kitchen island and additional bar seating for three, providing ample space for shared meals and entertaining. Sweet Berry Farm is a wonderful destination for the whole family to visit. This farm offers seasonal activities, allowing visitors to pick their own berries in the spring and pumpkins in the fall. The set up of the bedrooms was the key to our rental. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was 2 of the showers drained extremely slow, and while Cozi management responded there was a mix up getting Maintance out to fix during our stay. We communicated after the visit and management was extremely apologetic. While it was a little frustrating during the stay; the entire home was very comfortable and our extended family truly enjoyed the home.
