Kleinigkeiten: Im Bad wäre ein kleiner Hocker oder ein Unterschrank angebracht um Kulturtasche etc. abzustellen. Den chromfarbenen Mülleimer würde ich austauschen. Als einziges größeres Manko würde ich die fehlende Terrasse benennen, die Wohnung damit aber ja beworben wird. Ich würde sie „mit Gartennutzung“ ausschreiben. Nach dem Buchen habe ich dann erst gelesen, dass es in dem Apartment nur eine hinter dem Haus gibt. War für uns jetzt nicht so schlimm, weil wir nur 3 Tage da waren und viel herumgefahren sind, aber mit ist natürlich schöner. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Möglichkeit zum Parken auf dem Grundstück ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist eine sehr angenehme Ausstattung. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Hier noch ein paar Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind. Bei den Stühlen am Esstisch fehlen teilweise die Gleitbeläge, dadurch wird der Boden unnötig verkratzt. Im Bad ist beim Halter für die Toilettenbürste die Halterung aus der Wand.
