Liebes Team, Lieber Vermieter, Es war ein Traum sauber, zentrale Lage, Edeka 1 min, Bushaltestelle 1 min und 5 min zum Strand. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster Spülmittel, etc...Preis Leistung Top...100% empfehlenswert!! Absolut keine:-)

War zum 2.mal in dieser Wohnung und habe mich wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Diesmal mit dem Vorteil einer teilweisen Neurenovierung. Das neue Bett, sehr angenehm und ich habe wunderbar geschlafen. Die Vorteile dieser Wohnung sind die Lage : 1. Bushaltestelle 100 Meter / 2. Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Edeka 100 Meter./ Bäckerei und Fischgeschäft mit Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar / Nähe zum Hafen Hörnum -10 Minuten Fußweg. Insgesamt ein ruhiges Haus und hoffentlich bleibt es so. Zu empfehlen für 1 Person die mit Zug anreisen möchte / die Buslinie 2 fährt direkt vom Bahnhof bis Hörnum. Einige korrigierbare Unzulänglichkeiten sind nachfolgend aufgeführt

Lage zu West-und Oststrand, zur Bushaltestelle, zum Einkauf optimal.Sehr schönes,helles Zimmer. 1-Schrank bzw.Kleiderstange zum Aufhängen von Jacken fehlt. Es gab nur 2 Kleiderbügel,4 Haken an der engen Schrankseite. 2.Nachts konnte nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden.

Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt / Urlaub in den letzten 3 Jahren in diesem Haus, in 3 unterschiedlichen Wohnungen, bin voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Lage ist für mich sehr wichtig, kurze Wege zum Oststrand, Weststrand, zur Ode, zum Einkaufen. DieseWohnung ist für eine Person vollkommen ausreichend. Die Küchenzeile praktisch in einer Ecke untergebracht, Arbeitsfläche zum Kochen reichte auch. Platz im Bad ist auch vorhanden, wo man seine Utensilien unterbringen kann. Immer wieder gerne hier. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, ich dachte die ganze Zeit, ich wäre alleine dort, man hört die anderen Bewohner nicht, es war aber alles belegt.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt und Strand waren optimal. Ich kam mit dem Bus überall hin. Was nicht so gut war, betrifft nicht die Wohnung, sondern das Ticket für den Bus. Ich fand es schade, dass man die Fahrt nicht unterbrechen konnte. Einen Zwischenstopp für eine Stunde wäre schön gewesen. Das nur am Rande. Ich habe mich gut erholt und würde gerne wieder kommen.

Ich habe mich 1 Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist für 1 Person geeignet und ideal wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. In Westerland in den Bus Linie 2 und Ziel: "Hörnum Mitte" aussteigen - 100 Meter zur Wohnung laufen -besser geht s nicht. Edeka, Bäckerei und ein Fischrestaurant sind ebenfalls direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Kein Luxus, sondern 80er Jahre Charme. Kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich separat gemeldet. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnt das Naturschutzgebiet, für einen abendlichen Spaziergang wunderschön. Kleine Anmerkungen: 1.) Deckenlampe ( 4 Lämpchen) 1 Lampe erneuern) 2.) Die Bettbeleuchtung (Stablampe kaputt) unbedingt erneuern, man hat keine Möglichkeit vom Bett aus eine Beleuchtung zu betätigen. 3.) Die Wanduhr mit neuer Batterie versehen. 4.) Die Fernsehsender in eine sinnvolle Reihenfolge bringen und mit einem Zettel informieren, momentan ist ZDF auf Nr.1 und die ARD auf Nr.144.

Ein kleines Appartment, im ersten Stock gelegen,perfekt geeignet für einen Urlaub als Einzelperson. Aus dem Fenster links schauend, sieht man den Leuchtturm von Hörnum. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Unter dem Appartement befindet sich ein Souvenirgeschäft. Direkt gegenüber dem Appartement ist ein Edeka-Einkaufsladen. Das Appartement liegt direkt zur Straßenrichtung Strand. Dort befinden sich eine Bäckerei mit Außencafe, ein Fischgeschäft und weitere Läden, also sehr zentral. Die Leuchtstoffröhren über den Betten funktionierten nicht
