It was closed, I had no correspondence at all you had my mob number and Confirmed earlier in the week our stay. It took us an additional hour plus to get sorted into another hotel, when we had already travelled so far with a long day ahead of us the following day which totally defeats the whole point of staying over for the airport, disgraceful behaviour. Thank his I wasn’t travelling on my own

They cancelled 2 hours before we arrived!.awful

Sadly they cancelled the hotel when we were on our way so we got to the hotel fit then to tell us they cancelled it!!..

Nice clean modern rooms, not much soundproofing through the walls as you can hear everything from the next room and corridors. During our stay we had to leave and go to another hotel 10 minutes away, with a letter stating it was for home office purposes, this was not ideal!

Good hotel, well-priced

Great for overnight stay for early morning flight. A pleasant walk from Horley train station (20 mins). Modern hotel with good facilities and pub attached.

Excellent for stay if on early flight

This Hotel , which is new, exceeded our expectations. Very ECO considered in its approach. Free parking with easy access a big plus. Staff very friendly. Breakfast , layout very good , no waiting . Also hot food cooked to order . I would definitely stay hear again , airport 10 minutes drive.
