"The room was clean and nice, but the as not ready for our arrival, we had to wait while they made the bed. (15.00) BY Far the biggest issue though was the directions on Expedia took us to a location 22 kms from the actual hotel. Fortunately a group of locals managed to find the core address in the internet!! We were not happy! "

"The room was good and clean, everything worked. However, we were put on the top floor- they keep the floodlights outside on all night- the curtains don’t keep this light out. We complained many times but they would not turn the lights out. If you book here, stay a couple of floors down otherwise you’ll get a floodlit room. Top floor? Reject it Immediately. Staff didn’t turn lights out and they are only to light up the side of the building. A very annoying stay :( "

"For the price I paid, the room was adequate. It did not offer a warm shower and the upholstery of its chairs were torn. The hotel was located a short walk from the train station and other sites including the King Narain Museum and the Monkey Temple which has very few monkeys left. Hoping to see the Monkey Buffet Festival on the last Sunday in November, I learnt that the Festival ended in 2025\. I could hear the loud music from the Winter Festival until midnight during my stay."

"The woman who runs the hotel is so kind and helpful. She greeted us at 6 in the morning after our night train. When we finally emerged from our rooms at 11, she offered to make breakfast. She arranged a drive for us and helped us Loy Kratong. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The only complaint is that the beds are like rocks, but the rest of the experience more than makes up for it. "
