"The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area having limited options for food."

"This was a great choice to book for first time Santorini visitors. We enjoy access to the beach which is why we chose this hotel. Only thing is the airplanes flying over the room at all times very low caused loud noise that would wake us up from our sleep. Kamari is further than Fira and Oia so keep in mind when wanting to visit them, cost of transportation is pretty high. You may be better off renting a car. Hotel was a short walk to all shops and restaurants which was very convenient."

"Great location. Staff in reception, bar & breakfast were very helpful & friendly. Economy room was set below ground level, so no view of any sort. However, room was fine. Hot food at breakfast was lukewarm at best. Fruit choice consisted of tinned peach slices, apples and oranges in a basket. There was water melon for first few days but this then stopped. Evening meals - food was good with varied options (we were half board). Hotel was smart & well maintained with nice pool. Good value for money overall. Special mentions must go to John in reception & Nick at the bar who were both excellent: very happy, friendly & helpful."

"Second stay (first nine years ago) at this amazing complex with one of the best views and pool in santorini. We really like the calm location still very close to the wonderful pyrgos restaurants. The bathroom could use a tile refresh but was in good working order. The rest of the unit was great and comfortable. An iron in the room would have been appreciated but it is common in europe to have to ask for one."
