"We had an interesting situation involving a drunk woman (it was St. Pattys day weekend). The staff was very alert and quick to handle it. Security made us feel more at ease. Only negative I have is that after the incident, we moved rooms, and upon doing so, the woman at front desk never asked for my ID? She just handed me keys. Big no no in the hotel industry. Overall good service, housekeeping did a great job, and the bar area is amazing. Very convenient "

"This was a great affordable stay!! It is very small but you get what you’re paying for. The staff was very nice and considerate. There was a random sock in the drawer under the bed so i know housekeeping doesn’t look super through. Also our ipad didn’t work in the room so we couldn’t use some features but I wasn’t in the room enough for that to matter. The decorations in the hotel were so pretty!! Overall a great experience I would stay again."

"Not happy with breakfast. The first day i got downstairs 30 minutes before it was over. The server said there were no eggs, no other fruit besides apples. The next day eggs, bananas and oranges appeared. I stayed there before when it was part of the Sonder Group. There was a pot of real oatmeal vs packets of instant. They used to offer meat options, not now. I also remember a griddle for waffles. You either get toast or bagels now. I choose where I stay based on breakfast, I like to get up and have my breakfast so I can take my medication. I also wasn't happy with the noise that was permitted in the lobby. There's a foosball in the lobby. I thought that I was at FIFA match with all of the chanting. I will not be back 😩"

"Room was clean. Bathroom sink was not draining well. Took 40 minutes to get our car, which made us late for an appointment. On arrival was told we had a $30 credit from Expedia to use for breakfast or dinner at the restaurant. We decided to have breakfast but was charged $75.00\. After several phone calls was told the person was wrong who told us about the credit and there was nothing they could do. Eventually offered a $15 credit. Extremely pissed. Not good service at all. "
