The building is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast and dinner were really good, but what stood out the most was the staff. Across the board, every staff member including the valet, the front-desk workers, the cleaners, the bartenders, and the manager were all amazing. We hung out at the hotel all night and watched the manager do everything from walk around greeting guests, jumping behind the bar to help out serving drinks, literally cleaning tables and moving furniture, checking in new guests. I always respect a manager whom is willing to do all the jobs his or her hard-working staff does. I strongly recommend the Drury if you're in town in Cleveland!"
