Küche- Geschirr, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) war ausreichend. Cons: Teilweise Möbiliar (Balkonmöbel, Abzugshaube) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Blick und Sauberkeit entschädigen dafür.
