Large waterfront Home on Lubbers with Private Boat Dock

  • Bring the family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun. A boaters dream, only a few seconds away from Tahiti Beach, Elbow Cay, Marsh, Guana and more.

    House has a very expansive private dock and another slip in the marina that is included with the property, labeled Makaira. This house can accommodate at-least two boats. 40 foot center console in picture on the front dock platform. 3 new air condition units, generator, wifi, Kayaks, and loaded kitchen with everything you need. House has been recently repainted on exterior and interior. New furniture replaced throughout entire home. Complete renovation 2024.
