Such a charming cabin. Thank you we enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. I advised the contact person that there was no power to the bathroom outlets. Should be an easy fix.

Perfect Quiet Location!

Very clean, comfortable, and secluded, but still an easy drive to all the places like Hood River, Multnomah Falls, the Waterfall corridor, and even Portland. We enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Hood River hideaway

Baja Norte was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends. It is very quiet and secluded yet close to town and all of the activities. The kitchen was very well appointed and our dog really appreciated the fully enclosed yard.

A lovely little cabin

The house smelled (and was) very clean upon arrival. The hot tub was in excellent condition. It is a very well-maintained property. The bed was ok and there was a strange mis-mash of glasses at the house. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet & relaxing

This house is close to town but has a country feel. The spacious deck and private hot tub are quiet and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed including coffee beans and grinder. We found the bed to be super comfortable. We found this rental to be a good value.

Perfect Relaxing Retreat!

Our stay was all about relaxing and playing music in a beautiful location. The woodburning stove was an awesome feature for a winter retreat, and the hot tub was clean and hot - everything you'd want. The house was only about a 10 minute drive to downtown, so it was super convenient. 10 out of 10!

Baja Norte

Beautiful home with spacious bedrooms. Loved this home! Was very private and just far enough away from town to be able to enjoy peace and quiet. Very central to hiking trails, restaurants and wineries. This home was 5 star clean and well stocked. The hot tub was clean and maintained. We hope to visit and stay again next year. Thank you

Lovely cabin!

Lovely, cozy cabin. Easy to access. Hassle-free check-in. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and linens, and bonus - they were super nice quality and clean! Loved the reading nook, all the greenery. One small thing that would help is some kind of way to know for sure that the hot tub will def be available before booking. Would def come back!

Log cabin charm

Overall excellence. Rustic cabin is part of the vibe. Would've appreciated info on heating (instructions on baseboard heaters, given no thermostat, tips for lighting wood stove or whether flue had damper to open). A bit noisy given nature of upstairs floorboards, but overall liked the home, loved the setting, enjoyed the hot tub, well-stocked kitchen. Would rent again!

Great place to stay

Baja Norte was everything we could have asked for! It had everything we needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen and plentiful towels and linens were awesome to have and the ~multiple~ working AC units and several fans kept the place at the perfect temperature for us. As others said, the doors/door knobs can get a little tricky on the front door and upstairs bathroom but they didn't cause any real issues. The kitchen knives are dull but as long as you're careful, they didn't hinder anything. There was plenty of space for all of us the jacuzzi was AWESOME. Would absolutely stay here again!

2 day stay for a wedding

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, lots of comfy seating, and so clean. It was easy to find things in the kitchen due to all the nice labeling. Kitchen was super clean. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and linens. The dining room was well lit and roomy. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the nice big back deck. The setting was private and so pretty with all the tall trees. We felt like we were in a forest. We would definitely stay again. The only minor feedback would be brighter lighting given the dark wood walls and the doors and windows are hard to open and close.

Everything was beautiful and in good repair. We were a group of 4 adults. What we loved was that it was in Hood River proper, but it had the feel of a cabin in the woods. Every corner of it comfortable and attractive. Adequate seating in the living room space for the whole group to be comfortable.

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this vacation rental. The location was fantastic—peaceful and secluded, yet still convenient to everything we needed. The space itself was cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the jacuzzi, which was perfect to enjoy the morning coffee or relax after a long day. The bedding was very comfortable, and we all slept great each night. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the hosts were—they made everything smooth and stress-free.The only minor downside was that the TV is a bit older, but it didn’t impact our stay much since we were mostly enjoying the surroundings.Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!
