This duplex property does not have air-conditioning. All leases require a minimum 31-day term. Please note the boat dock and the boat stored at the dock are not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Kuapa Isle is 1.4 miles from Kuliouou Beach, a quiet bayside stretch of sand. Sandy Beach on the open ocean is 4.4 miles. Stop in at Kona Brewing Co. (1.7 miles) for craft beer and tasty dishes on your way back home. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
