He didn’t explain that we needed to get the key fobs first then we could park the car in the garage which is a separate elevator and I only know this because I’ve stayed here a few years back Called for towels as one or two had stains on them and they felt like sand paper. No liner on the shower curtain. Got a knock on the door the day of check that we had to be out by ten. Never had that before and frankly I found it rude.
