"I love everything about this hotel except the pool experience. More specifically, the lack of pool chairs is extremely frustrating because there is simply not enough of them for the amount of guest on property. If we did not get to the pool by 7 AM each morning we were out of luck for a chair, and the only options were to come back every hour to see if something opened up or pay $125 per day to reserve a chair. Otherwise, our stay was perfect."

"Had an issue with the AC not working but they were quick to resolve the issue. Great location, affordable pricing. There are a couple resteraunts on the premises which was nice. The only downside was no parking, only valet parking at 65 per day and not being able to bring your own alcohol near the pool. Also, when I booked it said ocean view which was actually a partial ocean view. The unit didnt actually face the ocean. Other than that, friendly staff and great location"

"Fantastic room with a super spacious bathroom. Our favorite part of the room was the window! Staff was helpful looking for activities and asking questions about the island. The infinity pool and hot tub were both phenomenal, we used them a few different nights. We didn’t order any room service, not sure if they do have it, but I know they only have the single small cafe in the lobby as far as food choices. I would recommend it to someone looking for the Honolulu resort experience!"

"Great village with everything at your finger tips from beach, excursions, restaurants and shopping. No rental car needed. We walked everywhere or took an uber. They also have $38 taxi flat rate from hotel to airport."
