Beautiful hotel with multiple entrances to the beach ( across street). Beautiful lobby with a waterfall. My room was a high floor city view, but i was able to see the ocean. Hotel room was modern, beautiful and clean. Housekeeping came everyday. Easy walk to the beach and walkable to so many restaurants and stores. Not too many handicapped accessible routes from ground level to lobby level ( limited elevators to get to lobby floor) but had stairs and escalators. Easy pick up Spot for tours. Pool was small ( compared to some other hotels around) but who needs the pool when you have the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in Honolulu because the Hyatt was in a great location. The staff at the Hyatt were wonderful and very helpful. I only wish the Club level would have umbrellas on the terrace.

My family and I stayed there twice, this past visit was not so great, we couldn’t enjoy our lanai, everyone we opened the door or sit out, we would have to constantly close it every 30mins. Someone was always smoking cigarettes, I did mention this issue to the staff, we really liked the view of our room.

Location was great, you can right to the beach, restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Hotel does need some upgrading. Some walls were pealing and a bit outdated. Overall great stay!! Would definitely boom again.

Unfreindly staff who would rather be anywhere but there. Room was not clean at check in - actually filthy at check in. Even after pointing out to housekeeping, no changes. Room was not what was advertised or what we were told that we paid for at booking. Hotel wouldn’t help because we booked “third party,” and “it’s Expedia’s fault.” Before travelling, we didn’t have calls returned by a concierge we tried to arrogante airport transportion through. The staff member just went home and four hours ahead, were waiting for several hours into the morning. The hotel smells like sewage. The rooms are falling apart, the staff is unkind and actually against helping us.

Having guest parking was awesome and convenient and worth paying for. Walking right out to the beach and shops was fantastic, having access to towels was nice, there were tons of amenities that made the resort fee worth it, and only having access to your floor made us feel safe and secure. Fantastic place to stay

This is in a great area, close to shopping, transportation, across the street from beach. Most tours pick up at this location. The view was amazing! A few of the shops that were advertised as being on sight had been closed. It probably wouldn’t have changed my decision but should be updated. The negatives are a hard mattress and equally hard pillows
