The photos shown are exactly what the unit looks like. The unit was clean, the items provided were exactly as listed by the host, and the location was perfect- a good, close distance from the crowds and tourist area. The building and location were safe. The parking garage is a plus if you rent a car. The building was easy to get around by car or on foot. Overall it was a very positive experience.

There’s too much to say for the amount of words allowed in this review. In a nutshell it isn’t ANYTHING like the 10 out of 10 review someone gave it! We arrived at 3am after 20 hours of flying from the UK - entered the apartment to a horrible musty, acrid smell. While trying to find the source, we pulled back the curtains to reveal windows with corrugated plastic internal glazing and on one bedroom boarded up windows. There were gaffer taped air conditioning vents in all three rooms, one of which had come unstuck and you could fit your hand through and the cable conduit for the ceiling fans was held in place with tape.The noise from the streets below was like there were no windows at all and none of us slept more than 3 hours. The apartment needs a good clean and refresh - chipped paint everywhere and the bathroom ceiling was rusting.The host was reluctant to help and very patronising to our concerns. When the electricity went out due to storm Lala, we had nowhere to store our daughter’s insulin so we requested to move, this was taken up with Vrbo as the host again was unwilling to help and was condescending. The outside view was better than inside, it was more like a hostel, than a nicely presented apartment.Whoever gave it 10 needs to get new glasses. NOT worth the money and if you have issues, the host is next to useless and would rather argue with you than fix the problem.
