Management raised voice to my sister after the front desk clerk helped her pay for 1 night parking but did not give her a tag. Management blamed sister for not reading email closely enough (2 sent, 1 with no info about decal the other directing to front desk who did not offer this in the conversation). The suite was comfortable and had everything that I needed for my time and the location was very convenient for everything. A couple of vertical blinds were missing which let the building lights shine in but I hung a towel up to cover the gap. A clean comfortable place to crash at the end of the fun and busy day. It's in a perfect location close to everything we wanted, including parking across the street at the zoo. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the top of the building as well. Fabulous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the there. Even though the location was great and the front desk was friendly, you couldn't open the drapes as you had no privacy!!
