Great location, parking, kitchen. The photos reflected what the place looked like. Due to flight delays, we showed up a day late. That Sunday night I was up half the night due to what sounded like. Man beating up a woman in the apartment above us and then we realized at 3 am that the place was infested with cockroaches (in the bathroom, kitchen cabinets, in our beach towels left on the floor, hundredsof eggs around the fridge). The host was very responsive and did refund us the rest of our stay as we had to find other lodging. VRBO itself could’ve cared less offering a 50 credit towards a future stay. The management company was apologetic. Our week ended up costing us an extra 1500 due to finding another place that cost more money, laundering our clothes, having to pay for parking the remainder of the trip and not being able to utilize a kitchen we bought food for. ##### Katelynn G.
