bathroom window would not close making it impossible to block out all the talkng, laughing & loud music. People stayed in the hallway by our door being loud most nights midnight until 3 am even though it says quiet time is after 10pm. The other room I booked & paid for, room 215 next to minenwith the view of zoo & diamondhead was given away to someone else while my guest was in flight to the island & after I asked the guy at the counter at checkin if the other room was gonna be ready for my guest when they got there & he assured me, yes it will be ready. I even reminded him of the room number as we were all celebrating our wedding anniversary together. Right before they landed I got a text about annissue with their room & reservation verification I sent him info needed & was told the room was goven away & thry said they upgraded me for the trouble. It was a smaller room. Room 802. View of the building behind us & of the parking lot. The pool was right next to a burger joint which made it awkward to swim while people trying to eat & watch. My guest had a miserable time for their 1st visit to Oahu & I was embarrassed for them ending up loosing the room I reserved. When I mentioned about that room not being an upgrade from 215, they showed no concern at all. Wifi was terrible. The bed was 2 twins scooted together that kept trying to separate during the night. No little kitchenette like I reserved & a tiny fridge. Very disappoint about this reservation
