Not advisable for elderly, unfit or heavy suitcase folks - find another hotel! Other than that, the location and what's around couldn't be more convenient. The free coffee with fruits brekkie and their outdoor deck makes for a wonderful start to the day. Excellent Thai resto close by, amonst others. Short walk to the harbour or a hike. They didn’t have our booking upon arrival so fortunately I had the app on my phone so reference number was there. All remedied very quickly. Good location and perfect especially with the washer/dryer good aircon and tv in both the living room and bedroom. People have mentioned the hill to get to hotel yrs it’s steep but not far. The kitchen was great as we prepared our own food. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though the hill is a bit tiring after a day of walking. Our room was exactly as described and pictured. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and attended to our problems immediately (e.g., there were some issues with our washer-dryer and they replaced it with a new one within a couple of hours!). The location is great and close to convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. There are many transport options nearby making it easy to commute. The hotel room/flat itself was very spacious and could definitely fit 3 people in it. The sofa was firm enough and big enough for a child up to the age of 10 I would say. The washing machine and kitchen facilities all came in very handy especially as we had to use the machine every day. The aircon is powerful and there are air con machines in the living space and the bedrooms. It is very close to the MTR. There are lots of exits from the MTR, I used A3 mostly to get back to the hotel. It is very close to the markets for grocery and souvenirs. The staff were friendly and were able to speak in English and Mandarin. The free coffee from their lobby is amazing and I didn't bother buying coffee when I was out. Reception was very helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. Close to the tram and metro ~ 300 meters. Very nice bed and two perfect pillows for both of us.
