"The resort was amazing and gives an ultra luxury feeling and setting. We were a large family and each one of us had wonderful things to do at the best level - from the fitness club to the unique huge pool. The hotel’s restaurants were truly awesome. We ate at the Italian and Indian and highly recommend them for the experience and excellent food"

"The breakfast at Naga Kitchen is impressive, we enjoyed Krabi cold brew coffee and ginger guava juice every morning, Saffron is amazing, we had a wonderful dinner there, it has been raining quite a bit during our stay, went for Muay Thai session, got various options to do at rainy days which is great."

"We had an unforgettable and truly magical two-day stay at Phulay Bay. From the moment we made our booking, every interaction—both before arrival and during our time at the hotel—was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and effortlessly create a welcoming atmosphere; from the second we arrived, we felt completely at home. A special mention must go to Anna, our personal butler, who was outstanding and deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond to ensure we made the absolute most of our short stay, anticipating our needs with care and thoughtfulness. One of the highlights was the complimentary trip to Hong Island on the resort’s longtail boat—an experience we’ll always remember. The kids were equally delighted with the stunning infinity pool overlooking the islands. Breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an impressive variety of unique and delicious options. Standout dishes included the blue crab omelette and the local lobster omelette—both absolutely superb. The Thai restaurant Sri Tang is equally exceptional, with ingredients sourced locally or grown on-site, resulting in vibrant, authentic flavours that truly impressed us. We also had the pleasure of meeting Paul, the Food & Beverage Manager, at the hotel’s cocktail party. His passion and enthusiasm for the cuisine were infectious and the dining experience at Sri Tang certainly lived up to his description. We were genuinely disappointed to be leaving so soon and will return! "

"Enjoyed 4 wonderful days at this beautiful property. Needed to make contact with the owner a couple of days before arrival as hadn’t received arrival information but got a quick response. Greeting was great and we received a good amount of information about how to use amenities. The villa was clean and the pool area is amazing. Received daily service and towels were replaced. The villa is within easy walking distance of some lovely restaurants. There is a wine and beer shop a few minutes walk away opposite the Coconut Bar so no need to bring any beverages with you. Recommended Chana Cafe for a great breakfast and the food at both Sai and Bai Tong was incredible. We had fabulous food everywhere we visited. We needed to pay a small security deposit on arrival in cash which was returned on check out. Although it was a 2 bedroom property one bedroom was locked (we were 2 guests and happy to share). The mattress was very firm but we got used to it. Aircon worked really well as it was very hot during our visit. It would have been useful to have had information about local services in the villa which we have had for previous Vrbo bookings. We rented a moped and explored the island and spent a day touring the island by boat. I would thoroughly recommend this villa for a peaceful, relaxed stay on a beautiful island! We hope to be back again. "
