we should have arrived about 8pm but do to strike at Calais we did not arrive until 0315 the next day, to the hotel was not a problem they had kept our room, & laid on a late breakfast for us good service all round

For the price and type of hotel, it was very good. The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely compact, but clean and about what we expected for the budget price. There was lots of parking and we appreciated the green space at the back with outdoor seating. The breakfast was very good, again considering the price. Across the road very nearby there were a couple of shops, a bakery and a good greengrocers with local produce. We were able to walk straight down the road into the town...

This is a very friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant

Colorful room makes me happy

Lovely hotel with helpful staff in a great location with secure parking

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre Bassin du Commerce. The location is good. The hotel is a short walk from the station and the city centre with all the sights and dining options is also a short walk away. The room was a good size with a kettle, tea, coffee, and milk. An empty mini fridge. There was also a good amount of storage space. The bathroom had a lot of space to put potions and lotions to. It had shower only, no bath. Very good all round

just used the hotel as a stopover when visiting Trouville. good price, excellent facilities.

Very convenient location opposite excellent traditional cafe for coffee and breakfast, as hotel breakfast less interesting (coffee from a self service machine). Our bedroom had great view right over the sea with huge picture window.

Travelling on my own I chose one of the small bedroom but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is conveniently situated & the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really delicious - I will certainly book Les Mots Passants again when I go back to Cabourg.

Very nice, clean hotel for the price. Helpful & friendly staff!
