It was cozy, but provided plenty of space for dog crates. We loved walking around the area with the dogs, but were so excited to see the dog park/run and was extremely satisfied with how secure it was. We will be back again. The property and cabin are very cozy. The perfect place to go relax. The cabin was clean and comfortable for both of our stays. The fire pit outside made for some nice nights. If your hungry walk right down to the KC Pepper for some great food. Everytime we ate there, we left more than stuffed. Cabin 11 was great. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin was private our dog loved it there too! The only thing I could say to improve is it could definitely use a small table with a few chairs. The cabin was nicer then I expected. The restaurant was also pretty neat inside. The people were very friendly and the food was delicious. Stay was OK. Had presumed by the name of the place that it would be at least within view or short walking distance to Lake Wanoka, but it wasn't even close. But was very nice getting in late and being able to catch a decent meal and drink on site at KC Peppers. The toilet is positioned too close to the shower making it very awkward to use. The smell was so overwhelming and our stuff even smelled like it after we came home. I think there should also be a note somewhere that you check in at the restaurant; we didn’t know where to go and I went in there for help; luckily the girl told me I could just check in there.
