About this property

Lovely and spacious brand new - July 2024 - 2 BR, 2 BA villa on stilts

  • This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa, offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The master bedroom has a King, and the second bedroom has two Queens, setting it up for max. 6 people. The perfect space for a family with 4 kids. The master bathroom has a very comfortable stand-alone tub as well as a spacious shower. The Master bedroom has a smart TV and the living room has a large smart TV
    There is free WIFI throughout the house (1 GB).

    The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is a (gas) BBQ on ground level.
    On the enormous porch you will find an outdoor dining area!
    If you do not feel like cooking there are plenty of restaurants nearby.  The house - as earlier mentioned - will sleep a maximum of six persons.
     
    The house is in a gated community with its own Marina, fishing pier and boat ramp (for renters of boat slips). Just a short walk from the house you will find the community pool.
     
    Underneath the house there is more than enough room to park your car(s) and - if necessary - your boat trailer(s).
