***Cancellations made before 30 days of the reservation date shall get a FULL REFUND LESS THE PROCESSING FEE/S. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. ****

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

*We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance during the winter season when weather and road conditions can be unpredictable. Without the purchase of Travel Insurance, your Vacation Home Rental Reservation cannot be canceled due to poor weather conditions.*

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.
Homewood Ski Resort is 1.5 mile away

The living room features a large flat screen TV(No CABLE SERVICE) and a gas burning fireplace An Amazon Firestick and wifi are provided for your entertainment, but you will need to provide your own login for the Firestick. The kitchen has seating for 4 people at the dining table and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Off of the kitchen, you will find the half bathroom and a laundry room.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Twin/Full bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that features a shower/tub combo that is also located on the second floor.

Outside of the home, relax on the front porch or grill on the back porch. You have direct access to hiking trails and are close to great shopping in Homewood. You are 1.5 miles from the Homewood Resort and a little over 12 miles from Olympic Valley! This cozy cabin will be perfect for any family looking to spend a relaxing weekend in Tahoe.
