"This place is exactly where you want to be in coconut grove, walking distance to amazing food and bars. The place feels safe and clean, even though it’s a condo it has an upscale hotel feeling. Fresh towels, waters, sanitized remotes, etc made it feel all the more welcoming. Hotel staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Great view of the water. Perfect for a couple on a long weekend."

"As a person that loves to stay in south beach, this was a change for me. Downtown Miami is busy though. YOTEL and Yotelpad are in the same building. Check in was easy. They had kiosk on arrival and we were able to check in early. They have robots to bring items to your room. I thought that was cool. Rooms were nice, huge washer/dryer, stove, fridge and freezer. I really liked that you had to swipe your key to move around hotel, felt safer that way. However the carpet in the hallway needed some...

"The conch house was perfect for us. We arrived early and we were able to check in. Everything we needed was there. Right on the water. Nice screened porch with views from every window. Looking forward to going back. "

We didn't have a car during our stay, but there were plenty of amenities close (the apartment offered a full kitchen), and a row of food trucks we could see from our room, coffee shop in lobby of W hotel, Whole Foods a short walking distance among a shopping mall. Apartment was very spacious with full amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher), walk out balcony. Host was very responsive and we felt safe during our stay. "

My experience wit We Host was reasonable, however, their portal was difficult to use, the property I rented was not cleaned and we had to stay in an alternate room for the first of our three nights, and the compensation offered for the inconvenience while promised was not delivered. I would stay there again but might think twice about going through a third party."
