Check-In & Check-Out times: Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 11am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees. 2\. No Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately. 6\. Pets: No Pets allowed in the units at any time. 7\. Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in designated bins. 8\. Damage: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements. 09\. Prohibited Items: Fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property. 10\. Patio Use: Please clean up after using outdoor spaces. Return any outdoor furniture to its original position. 11\. Cameras We do have security cameras located on the outside of the property. These cameras function for security purposes only.
