Featuring a bright chef’s kitchen, spacious living room, and comfortable bedrooms, this peaceful retreat offers a stunning setting for families, couples, and adventure-seekers alike. Welcome to this spacious 2,300 sq ft retreat designed for comfort, connection, and unforgettable views. The main level features an open living area with leather seating and large windows that frame Cook Inlet and the surrounding mountains. The chef’s kitchen, dining area, and a generous deck flow seamlessly together, creating the perfect space to gather, cook, and take in the scenery. The primary bedroom and ensuite bath are located on the main floor for easy access. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and a second large living area ideal for families, kids, or guests seeking extra privacy. Step outside to the fire-pit area, where panoramic sunsets and clear Alaskan nights complete the experience. A calm, private hillside setting paired with thoughtful modern design makes this home a retreat you’ll want to return to again and again. We apologize, but the owners ask that you DO NOT use the wood fireplace. Guests have full private access to the entire cabin, hot tub pavilion, outdoor seating areas, driveway, and all amenities. Self-check-in is easy with a secure smart lock. Plenty of private parking is available, including room for larger vehicles. No shared spaces everything is exclusively yours. Keyless entry is provided with a unique key code given the day before your reservation. Although we will not be available in person, please reach out through your booking platform for quick and easy communication. We pride ourselves on being responsive for all guest needs to make your stay more comfortable. Additional Guest Agreement - Guests are required to review the house rule as well as sign The Arrival Co. Guest Agreement. Or a cab is always an option. Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment. These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors. We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows: \- Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in. \- 50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time. \- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. Extenuating Circumstances Policy: When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Any unauthorized pets will result in an additional fee of $100/night. : Please ensure that your pet is inside the house during nighttime. : Guests will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet. : Please don’t allow your pet onto any furniture. \- No unregistered guests allowed overnight at the property. A maximum of 4 visitors allowed during the day. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance. : Unauthorized guests will be charged an additional $50 per person, per night. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also comply with our house rules. \- Please respect check-in and check-out times. : There will be an additional fee of $100/hour in the event you are not out by the stated check-out time.
