Haus Milan welcomes you to Holzminden, the “City of Fragrances”. This 98 m² holiday home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests, plus a toddler in the travel cot provided. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine, so you can prepare meals and enjoy a relaxed start to the day. Amenities include a TV, heating throughout the house and a high chair.



Towels and bed linen are included but are not changed during your stay.



Enjoy the private garden and terrace with a charcoal barbecue.



A parking space is available at the house. Public transport is nearby. A garage provides storage for bicycles and motorcycles – ideal for cycling and motorbike tours through the Weser Uplands. Events are not permitted on the property.



The hosts live on the grounds, but not in the house you are booking. The town centre is a 15-minute walk away. On foot, a bakery is 4 minutes away, a discount supermarket 7 minutes, a medical centre 4 minutes and a doctor's surgery 6 minutes. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of Corvey Castle is 9 km away.
