Appliances include an electric Range cooker with oven and hobs, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 x dishwashers, wine cooler. For entertainment there are eight TVs with Sky Multiroom, Apple TV and Netflix, DVD, BOSE dock system with AirPlay and surround sound speakers, PlayStation 3 with games, and WiFi. A travel cot and highchair also available. Outside there is off-road parking with a detached garage, a private, enclosed garden with barbecue, electric sun awnings, patio heaters, activity centre, trampoline and six-seater Jacuzzi hot tub with waterfall function, waterproof iPod dock and Bluetooth sound system. Caerwys was granted a Royal Charter in 1290 and is one of the smallest towns in Great Britain.
