"Kitchen well stocked, comfy sofa &bed, nice bathroom. Clean enough. Washing machine works. Management was always helpful on messages. On a noisy road but v close to bus stops. Little things overlooked like no working bulb in a lamp and the microwave doesn't reach any plugs but won't fit anywhere else. Says 'dining area' in the listing - does a sofa count? Absolutely no clothes storage. Very little kitchen prep space. "

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "

"It was advertised as a two bedroom but when we arrived which was annoying. Although they couldn’t accommodate us for a two bedroom The first evening they did move us the next morning, were really helpful and refunded the night on the sofa for one of us!! I think properties at the front are pretty noisy but when we moved it was much quieter. Staff really helpful and apologetic about the mix up. Would recommend here for folk as somewhere really handy and it’s clean and bright. "
