You could tell this is an on going issue because the base boards were all swollen up and in bad shape. No wash clothes in the room either. The lifts are dangerous, the lift starts moving before the door is closed. We had to pay an additional 15 pounds for breakfast per person. Our dinner at the restaurant was also terrible, over priced and our food was terrible. "
