This is a hidden gem. Yes, it is a shared bathroom, and as an American that was strange to me, but it was a private one and well maintained, with toiletries provided. My bedroom had a sink which was also useful. It's <10 minutes walking to the train station which is also nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating when I needed to leave my luggage with them after checkout

Our room was nicely decorated and we loved the big window that looked out on the trees. The staff was always responsive and helpful, especially helping us get suitcases upstairs.
Having a wonderful restaurant downstairs was a real plus after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again.
