"The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! (I had to buy phone credits to show them since their wireless wasn't working!!)

"The flat was very clean and tidy. Oko was very helpful with anything I needed. My only complaint would be the lack of information about what to do with the key when you leave. It should also be noted that there was no coffee maker in the room. I also didn't know when I ordered the continental breakfast(which was not as you'd imagine for a continental breakfast) that there's a café in the hotel which I would have chosen to use had I known."
