This beautiful home is located in a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island neighborhood. Too many wonderful features to list including vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and huge ground floor lanai with French doors opening up to the private heated pool. You will enjoy your coffee on the spacious front deck. Relax with one of the many books provided in the library or a cocktail in the evening.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick snack for your family at the breakfast bar or a full dinner in the dining room. The living room invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screen smart TV.   
  
A Wish Upon a Starfish was created with families in mind. The home provides a pack n' play, high chair, baby gates, and a bouncy chair so you can forget about having to travel with these extra items. The kids will love the bedroom with 2 twin over full bunk sets. This room also offers its own private bathroom with walk in shower and water closet.   
  
The Queen size guest bedroom features a sleep number adjustable bed and an ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom which is also accessible through the hallway.. The entire 3rd floor is where you will find the beautiful master bedroom with brand new king size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with beautiful tiled shower. Head up to the roof for gorgeous sunset views and peeks of the water in the evening.   
  
From the house you will find an easy stroll down 2 and a half blocks to the gorgeous sugar white sand beaches of Anna Maria. A Wish Upon a Starfish is conveniently located midway between Holmes Beach and the beautiful North End of the island where you will have the best of both worlds at your fingertips.   
  
PET POLICY:   
  
We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.   
  
2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.   
  
Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:   
  
Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone  
  
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION   
  
We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!  
  
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.  
  
Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.   
  
Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

great location, to many stairs for our liking, pool was not heated and almost no direct sunlight to the pool area. very clean and fully stocked with anything you need. garage was stocked with bikes for all ages and all you need for the beach..

#### Well appropriated beach house

VERY happy with this house. It had just about everything we needed for ALL ages. Pool area is beautiful including pool toys to play with. Infant accessories included such as a high chair, pack and play, children’s books, etc. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, small appliances, pots and pans (could use some more plastic glasses), everything we needed for our meal preparations. Beds are extremely comfortable! Space in the house is fantastic for a family. We enjoyed this beautiful house and would definitely rent it again sometime.

#### Fun beach home

We had a wonderful beach vacation, a little further than from the beach than we expected but it was an easy walk. The only negative was that there was no oil for the tiki torches in the backyard by the pool, and the mosquitoes were pretty bad. When I contacted the property owner she said that that was not something they supplied, kind of disappointing. Other than that the home was beautiful, very well set up for all ages!
