Featuring 4 inviting bedrooms and 2 stylish baths, indulge in the luxury of a private pool nestled among vibrant tropical foliage. Sip your morning coffee or toast to sunset cocktails poolside, wander to the sparkling Gulf, discover the delightful shops and eateries in Holmes Beach. This oasis is perfect for sun-kissed relaxation and exciting island escapades!
    No smoking or vaping inside or outside the house or in the pool area.

    No glass in the pool area.

    Min age 25 for primary booking individual.

    Quite hours are strictly enforced by City of Holmes Beach. (10 pm until 8 am) $500 fine for first offense / $1,000 fine for subsequent offense.

    Young children must be supervised in pool area. There is no lifeguard.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out time: 10am All used towels place in shower or bathtub. Clean out all items from refrigerator. Wash dirty cups, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Run dishwasher before departure.

Trash Cans - please take out all trash to onsite trash bins. Close and lock all doors and windows. Set thermostat to 78 degrees.

Lock front door upon leaving. To lock: shut door and push the lock icon on the lower right corner - door deadbolt should lock.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
