Designed with comfort in mind, the condo features a king-size primary bedroom and a spacious guest room with both a queen and full-size bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Three TVs throughout the home ensure everyone can enjoy their favorite shows after a day in the Florida sunshine.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the open living space creates the perfect place to gather with family and friends.

Just a short stroll away, you'll find the beautiful Gulf beaches, volleyball courts, playground, Anna Maria Island Café, local tiki bar, boutique shopping, and island dining. Leave the car parked and experience the island on foot or hop aboard the free Island Trolley.

Traveling with extended family or friends? Unit #7, located directly above Sunny Daze, is also available to rent for larger groups.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No Pets Allowed.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Professionally Managed – This property is proudly managed by Florida Dreams Realty of Anna Maria Island.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
