"It’s like Vegas. This hotel is designed to milk as much $$$ from your pocket as possible. Food is garbage. Mostly overpriced fried food. Hard to find things remotely nutritious. Seemed like half the gates did not work. The locks didn’t work with the key cards. Had to walk all the way around the dang lazy river to get into the pool area."

"Room was extremely clean (I was able to walk without shoes on in the room— so that’s saying something.) Staff all very friendly, check-in was a breeze. AC was cold. Location could not have been better. About 5 mins drive from Universal, Ubers were between $5-10 each way. Free parking in the hotel lot. Walgreens right across the street. Will definitely return!"

"We rented the room with 2 Queen beds that fits 5 people. The room was big, spacious and very clean. We all loved it. The only thing we noticed was that there was no fridge, so we had to end up throwing away the meat that we bought for wraps and sandwiches to take to the park with us. Also, there was no exhaustion fan in the bathroom, which was an inconvenience. The restaurant with the buffet optional menu was fantastic! We all loved our stay very much."

"The outside and lobby of the hotel look nice, clean, and modern. The rooms are okay. They have a sketchy hall with a weirdly low ceiling on the first floor of rooms and the elevator made weird noises. Our room was okay. It looked clean but smelled musty. It also had the loudest AC unit. One naked juice was $9 so be warned. I was expecting it to be over priced but that was a little much. Staff were all great and friendly. From hotel to universal city walk was a 20 minute walk which was nice to be within walking distance! They also have a shuttle with multiple times taking you to all parks. I’ve stayed at the double tree across the street and I’d prefer it over this hotel. "
