Our room had dog food on carpet and dog hair on couch. Floor not vacuumed. Took 4x to get a room and had to downgrade. Just a bad experience overall but manager gave me a refund and the beds were very comfortable on a positive note."

"Staff was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest staffs I have been around at a hotel and we travel as a family quite a bit, the only negatives for me is there was a used wash rag that was missed in the bathroom, the shower curtain was dirty and the bed was a little firm. The bed you could tell was new but from a personal preference it was a little firm is all. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and everything else was great."
