We got locked out late at night and instead of telling us how to get in or letting us in she watched my husband force the door open to get in then came out and said she watched us and told us then where to swap our card then got really snotty with us about it. The Wi-Fi there is awful. She even got snotty because we asked how to get on it. We had a suite and it was extremely nice but the couch and chair was like sitting on a rock"
