This oceanfront condo complex is your one-stop ocean getaway destination. All guests of C-109 can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, boat launch/storage, and day docks. This particular condo, unit C-109, is a two bedroom, two bath condo located on the first floor providing direct walk-out beach access. Entering the unit brings you into a small alcove where you will find a laundry room conveniently to your right offering a sound view while you wash! Continuing into the unit brings you into the kitchen and the dining area just beyond. The living room is located on the oceanside where you have access to the oceanfront deck and beautiful views while you relax on the comfortable furniture. To the right is the main living area with the master bedroom located on the oceanfront side. A king bed is situated just perfectly, allowing you to wake up to the gorgeous ocean sunrise. Bedroom two has a queen bed and is located on the soundside and has its own balcony overlooking the sound. For the price and location, Queens Grant is truly tough to beat. Oceanfront luxury with soundfront access creates just the perfect combination for an island vacation. Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge. Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day.
