The Little Bird was comfortable, well appointed and perfectly located in Topsail Beach making for a fabulous vacation. The property manager was responsive took care of our needs.

In walking distance to the beach and other activities. The music at the adjoining restaurant can be loud but great entertainment depending on who is playing

To see if we could get in. We were told there would be a charge for entering the home an hour early. That was the only issue we had.

Needs bathroom exhausts and were too small
It was a nice little place to stay. There were areas that needed improvements such as bathrooms needed exhaust. The air intake for the AC filter was completely packed with dust which made the Play smell musty and old. We vacuum the metal grid and replaced with a new filter the next day. It smelled a little better. When we first got there we had to have two pickup trucks move so that we could park our vehicles and the restaurant.next door also stored items in an area under the house which we could hear them getting in and out of that area while we were there.
