  • This luxury single family home was built in 2018. Everything is set for your perfect getaway in Saugatuck/Douglas this summer. The home is a 15 - 20 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck's many restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. With strong business-grade high speed internet and mesh wifi coverage, this is a perfect getaway for a socially distanced remote working/schooling throughout the home.

    The home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with high end black stainless KitchenAid appliances, a master retreat with huge 8-foot spa shower, three full bathrooms and four bedrooms over 2900 sq ft of living space. The screened in porch with outdoor fireplace is perfect for a cozy western MI relaxing evening. There is a dining room with a table for 8-10 guests and plenty of seating area for the whole family or group of friends to spend time together. Additionally, there is outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for a perfect Michigan evening cookout!

A beautiful home- perfect for 3 couples! We loved the screened in porch & wooded setting while still within walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. MBr was luxurious & comfy but other couples complained about mattresses being too stiff & pillows too squashed (needed replacing). Overall, we had a great stay!

Wonderful Stay at Ridgeview Retreat

The Ridgeview Retreat in Saugatuck is a beautiful, modern, and clean home. The location is excellent (very close to downtown), and the home is well-equipped for a family vacation (fun selection of board games for kids). The kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom, in particular, are incredible. Great communication from Brian (owner) and Chadd (local property manager) throughout our stay. Highly recommended, would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely property close to town

Perfect place for our family to meet to spend Christmas together. Great kitchen, fabulous hot tub, and wonderful space to socialize. We also found the customer service excellent, as we had a couple requests, restaurant recommendations, etc. We highly recommend!

Great space and location

This property was great for our group (5 adults, 2 toddlers) - very spacious, great kitchen and living spaces, very quiet street with enjoyable outdoor spaces. Additionally, it was a short, easy walk to downtown Saugatack and a 15-20 min drive to South Haven and Holland. Our family stayed for two weeks, it was great!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came up for a week in July. There were two families with 4 little kids ranging from ages 1-5. The place was extremely clean, we were so impressed with the organization of the kitchen, we loved the open floor plan as well. It was an extremely comfortable house, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Excellent visit to Saugatuck

Brian’s place was amazing. Great location with plenty of space for our family. The house had everything we needed during our stay. Brian was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again on future visits to the area.

Beautiful home

Everything about this vacation was great! The home was beautiful and yet very comfortable! The outside sitting area was great except for the mosquitoes! The property manager was always available for us when we had a few question. We went there with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our 50 year anniversary such a great place to do it at! Highly recommend this place!

We had the best time. The house was an absolute delight, was spotless, beds super comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (and more), and was in a perfect location. We walked into town almost every day and were just minutes away from several beaches. Finally, Chad was so quick to respond and kind! Could not recommend ridgeview retreat enough!

Saugatuck Home

This is a very nice, extremely clean, well appointed home. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space, great sitting areas outside and inside. One downside, there is a first floor bedroom with an attached bathroom, unfortunately, this is the only bathroom on the first floor. Also, while the home is quite spacious with many windows, the sunlight is quite restricted due to the numerous trees leaving the house a bit dark. BUT overall, it is a really good home for a large family and/or group of friends. In addition, the property manager was very responsive.

New, clean, spacious house with a very nice inside design, i.e., the living room and kitchen/dining area are diagonally across from from each other so that each area feels separate because it has 3 walls yet open because the fourth portion of each room is open to the other.

Overall the house was well equipped with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and almost anything you can think of needed in a house. The only thing it could use would be a couple more hooks or towel racks in the downstairs bathroom.

Our stay in Saugatuck

Recommend this house and location for a great stay in Saugatuck. Conveniently located within walking distance (about a mile) to downtown and yet in a quiet residential area. Well stocked kitchen as we like to cook, and plenty of games to entertain our children and grandchildren. Loved to hand in the porch and enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
